Why should I incur extra cost by using a Recruiter?
A Recruitment company will take away the pressure and time spent on advertising vacancies, collating applications and CVs, short listing and screening for interview and the list goes on. While you are busy running your company or department we will co-ordinate and take on all the logistics and time consuming elements of matching the right people to the right job.
Is it a one off fee?
Our fee for Recruitment is a one off fee payable only once a candidate of ours is successfully placed and has started employment.
What happens if someone the Recruiter places with my company leaves right after?
We guarantee all our candidates and should they leave within their probation period, we will replace them.
How many Recruiters should I use?
Exclusivity with Recruiters is rare and you are free to list vacancies with as many recruiters as you wish, being mindful that if your market is small you will risk being sent the same CVs.
Do candidates pay a fee also?
Candidates only pay fees for HR Services apart from Recruitment that we offer such as CV Preparation and Review.
