What is the major advantage to using a Recruiter?

While you are busy running your company or department, we will co-ordinate and take on all the logistics and time consuming elements of matching the right people to the right job.

Is it a one off fee?
Our fee for Recruitment is a one-off fee payable only once a candidate of ours is successfully placed and has started employment. If you find your own candidate in the meantime, then there is no charge from us.

What happens if someone the Recruiter places with my company leaves right after?
We guarantee all our candidates, and should they leave within the first two months, we will replace them for free.

Do candidates pay a fee also?
Candidates only pay fees for HR Services apart from Recruitment that we offer such as CV Preparation and Review or coaching sessions.
