Our client, a dynamic company operating in the field of medical goods trade is looking for an experienced person for the position below.

Job Description

  • Manage office communication by phone and electronically.
  • Invoicing (SoftOne)
  • Import data into the company's system and prepare reports (sales, orders, payments, etc.)
  • Product orders and receipt
  • Invoicing, registration and organization of incidents
  • Monitoring and resolution of problematic incidents
  • Management of company accounts and expenses
  • Monitor office warehouse and inform the manager
  • Prepare orders and deliver to customers if and when needed
  • Maintaining a perfectly organized office (cleanliness, organization)
  • Communication with customers and suppliers/partners

Your Profile

  • Necessary experience of at least 5 years in a similar office organization position and/or assistant accountant
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
  • Knowledge of SoftOne is considered an advantage
  • Highly organized- multitasker.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Self-confidence, adaptability, enthusiasm, and positive mood are considered very important
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to take initiative when needed
  • Pleasant/cooperative personality

Benefits

  • 13th salary
  • Working hours 07:30-16:30 Monday-Friday (1-hour break at noon) or 15:30 with a break of 15'.
