Job Description
- Posting customer invoices
- Calculating customer invoices
- Assisting the accountants
- Crediting incorrect invoices
- Working with Credit Control
- Checking job costs have been invoiced to customers
- Raising proforma invoices
- Outlook mailbox management
- Adhoc financial tasks
Your Profile
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Graduate in Finance or experience in receivables, payables, and cash ledgers
- Good attention to details
- Fluency in English language (speaking and writing)
