A dynamic company operating in the field of medical goods trade is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist with office operations.

Job Description

  • Manage office communication by phone and electronically
  • Assist with Invoicing using SoftOne
  • Assist with importing data into the company's system and prepare reports (sales, orders, payments, etc.)
  • Assist with product orders and receipt
  • Assist with maintaining a perfectly organized office (cleanliness, organization)

Your Profile

  • Necessary experience of at least 1 year in a similar office organization position
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Suit (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly organized- multitasker
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Self-confidence, adaptability, enthusiasm, and positive mood
  • Ability to take initiative when needed
  • Knowledge of SoftOne is an advantage


  • 13th salary
  • Working hours; Monday-Friday 07:30-16:30 (60' break) or 07:30-15:30 (15' break)
