Offering corporate finance services, including fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and investment structuring, the plan is to continue to grow both in Cyprus and internationally, this key hire will be the first expansion to this team and bringing them closer to that goal.
Job Description
- Reporting directly to Partner
- Conduct market and industry research, including macro trends for countries and sectors
- Support for financial modelling, including financial statement analysis, data analysis and valuation
- Preparation of management presentations, including teasers and investment memos, both in visual and report format
- Support with transactions due diligence
- Generation of market and data insights
- Support the general operations of the company
Your Profile
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate business and finance situations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with using other software and AI
- University degree from a top-tier university. Relevant qualifications in finance and economics will be considered an advantage. Would also consider candidates with engineering degrees
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, valuation or corporate finance; graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered
- Fluency in both Greek and English (both written and spoken). Any other languages will be considered a plus
