Job Description
- Act as Company Representative in the post-contract phase, coordinating with site engineers and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to clarify design intent, address queries, and ensure seamless communication.
- Oversee and approve project documentation, submittals, reports, and interim evaluations for client submission.
- Conduct and manage project meetings, including kick-off, progress review, and technical coordination sessions.
- Ensure site operations comply with contractual standards, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Review and monitor the project schedule, materials submittals, shop drawings, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities to secure necessary permits and utility connections.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, issue non-compliance reports (NCRs), and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Review and verify interim valuations, final accounts, and contract variations.
- Manage project closeout procedures, including the review of ‘As-Built’ drawings, O&M manuals, snag lists, and final completion certifications.
