As the main customer point of contact for EV vehicles, scooters (EV and ICE), and battery chargers, this pivotal role involves guiding buyers through the sales process, showcasing product features, and closing deals.
As our client launches in the Cyprus market, this dynamic position will be at the forefront of the Sales and launch of these automotive brands.
Job Description
Customer Engagement:
- Welcome customers and assess their needs.
- Conduct product walkarounds and demo drives.
- Follow up on leads and maintain engagement.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed on product specs (EV range, charging options, engine types, etc.).
- Clearly explain warranty and financing options.
Sales Process:
- Work with finance team to close deals.
- Ensure proper documentation and trade-in evaluations.
- Achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
- Build a loyal client base through follow-ups and referrals.
- Log activity in the CRM system.
Your Profile
- 2+ years in automotive sales
- Familiarity with electric and fuel-powered vehicles
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Fluency in Greek and English essential
