The Automotive Sales Manager will lead a multi-brand sales team focused on EV cars, BEV & ICE scooters, and battery charging systems. This role involves achieving revenue goals, driving team performance, managing inventory, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

Job Description
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for EVs, scooters, and charging solutions.
- Monitor KPIs: conversion rates, gross profit, units sold, etc.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Align inventory levels with sales targets and customer demand.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Set goals, manage performance, and create incentive programs.
- Lead regular sales meetings and training sessions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Oversee a client-first sales approach from inquiry to delivery.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain satisfaction.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
- Collaborate across departments (finance, service, marketing).
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years in automotive sales; 2+ in management.
- Fluency in Greek and English essential
- Experience in EV and traditional vehicle sales is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital sales channels and CRM platforms.
