Job Description

  • Assist in preparation of Back-Office manuals, terms & conditions, contracts, procedures and policies
  • Implement internal procedures for the department
  • Help to implement strong Know Your Client and Know your Business procedure to all existing and potential clients
  • Reporting suspicious transactions to the compliance department
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected, accurately recorded in the client’s folders and that Company’s CRM software is updated
  • Validate provided documentation with an independent third party electronic software
  • Process applications for Individual and Corporate Live trading account /Affiliate account (Introducing Broker) / Money Manager account in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Amend client’s accounts (e.g. leverage, profile etc.) into the Company’s CRM software, MT4 and MT5
  • Keep client records (i.e. agreements, ID documents, applications, Know Your Client Information) in electronic form
  • Communicating with clients via email for any enquiries related to their deposits, account opening and withdrawals
  • Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve all client issues in a timely manner
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for improving systems, aiming to upscale department’s performance

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3+ years of previous work experience within a CFD broker or Investment Firm is a must
  • University Degree in Economics/Finance/Business or any other relevant qualification is an advantage
  • Computer literate –very good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of MT4 and MT5 platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential, other additional languages will be considered an advantage
  • Integrity, discreteness, trustworthiness and reliability
  • Paying attention to detail, proactive character
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to deliver under pressure


  • 21 days annual leave

  • Hybrid flexibility: 3 days office/2 from home
  • Full-time: 5/2 (Saturday and Sunday days off)
