We are partnering with a leading Software Development and Consulting Firm specializing in Risk Management (Fraud, Legal, Credit, Operational, and Debt Recovery Risk) to recruit a Software QA & Customer Success Specialist.

This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and functionality of the Payments Fraud Prevention & Disputes Management Platform while providing support to clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Job Description

  • Validate product features against business and functional requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs while providing clear feedback to developers.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software updates align with client needs before deployment.
  • Ensure an intuitive and seamless user experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering timely updates on software developments, bug resolutions, and support inquiries.
  • Conduct user training sessions and onboarding for new clients.
  • Maintain and update client-facing documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide expert guidance on software usage best practices.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) Testing and Customer Support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Greek is a plus).
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to take initiative.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with the digital Payments and Cards Industry is a strong advantage.
  • A background in Software Development is a plus but not required.
