We are partnering with a leading Software Development and Consulting Firm specializing in Risk Management (Fraud, Legal, Credit, Operational, and Debt Recovery Risk) to recruit a Software QA & Customer Success Specialist.
This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and functionality of the Payments Fraud Prevention & Disputes Management Platform while providing support to clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Job Description
- Validate product features against business and functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track bugs while providing clear feedback to developers.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software updates align with client needs before deployment.
- Ensure an intuitive and seamless user experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering timely updates on software developments, bug resolutions, and support inquiries.
- Conduct user training sessions and onboarding for new clients.
- Maintain and update client-facing documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
- Provide expert guidance on software usage best practices.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) Testing and Customer Support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Greek is a plus).
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with the digital Payments and Cards Industry is a strong advantage.
- A background in Software Development is a plus but not required.
