Job Description
- Full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper
- Responsible for carrying out the accounting function for a portfolio of clients (maintaining general ledger, monthly reconciliations with banks and suppliers etc)
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Preparation and submission of VIES and Intrastat returns
- Carrying out the payroll function for companies
- Issuing invoices
Your Profile
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Bookkeeper/Assistant Accountant, working with Cyprus software such as Sage, Soft one etc.
- Openness to learn new things and to multi-task and vary priorities
- Previous experience in invoicing in the service industry
- Essential: excellent written and oral communication in English and Greek
- Team player
- Self-motivated and able to work independently for timely delivery of work under strict deadlines
- IT applications – excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software tool
