Job Description

You will be critical to making the center run like clockwork. The company’s buildings may be beautiful and the tech top-notch, but it is people like you who really complete the experience of running the workspace and the team, thereby helping customers run their businesses.

​As a Community Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and fostering a vibrant community within our coworking space. You will be responsible for welcoming new members, ensuring their needs are met, and facilitating networking opportunities to enhance their experience.

  • Conduct daily team meetings to plan activities and ensure readiness for the day
  • Welcome members and guests to the center, assist with meeting room setups, and provide technical support for presentations
  • Meet with potential customers to understand their business needs and facilitate introductions to relevant businesses within the community
  • Coordinate the move-in process for large corporate clients, ensuring all logistical details are managed smoothly
  • Conduct tours of the coworking space for potential members, highlighting the benefits of membership
  • Host monthly operations meetings for Community Sales Managers to discuss best practices and share insights
  • Maintain a strong presence at reception, greeting visitors and addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the community
  • Organize networking events and community-building activities to foster engagement and collaboration
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of the building to interact with members and gather feedback on their experience

Your Profile

  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to problem solve on the spot
  • Background in Sales and Business Development is essential
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills: As customer service is at the heart of everything the company does, you should have a background in the service industry where you’ve managed a diverse mix of people and customers
  • Leadership skills
  • Tech skills: The company uses a variety of systems and tech in their centers, so you’ll need to have a good command of basic IT packages such as MS Office, there will also be training.
  • Problem-Solving skills: No two days will be the same and each one will throw up interesting twists and turns, with hurdles to overcome. Problem-solving is really important and you’ll be thinking on your feet, ensuring things always run smoothly.
