Job Description
- Lead the full business development cycle, from identifying leads to submitting proposals and closing deals
- Design, implement, and oversee strategic initiatives and sales efforts related to training and other services, making use of funding schemes such as HRDA and others
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities for expansion
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, government bodies, and academic institutions
- Drive client engagement through networking, presentations, and tailored service offerings
- Coordinate internal resources to develop compelling proposals and client-centric solutions
- Manage tender submissions and funding applications, ensuring full compliance with guidelines and deadlines
- Provide leadership to the training and business development teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a high-performance culture
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and align departmental efforts with organizational objectives
- Track and analyze sales and business development metrics, and prepare relevant reports for senior leadership
- Represent the organization at conferences, client meetings, and industry events
- Develop strategies for client retention and post-engagement support
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Fluent in both Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in business development, with a strong track record in building partnerships and delivering results
- Demonstrated success in bid writing and managing funding proposals, with a solid understanding of public sector funding frameworks
- Experience in consulting, training, or digital services will be considered a plus
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Results-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
