Our client is seeking to hire a Civil Engineer for immediate employment to work on public utility infrastructure projects.
Job Description
- Preparation of project tenders and proposals
- Identification of project materials, reading and interpretation of contract drawings, understanding and managing contract documents
- Correspondence with various government departments and preparation of payment certificates
- Development and monitoring project work schedules and ensuring adherence
- Maintenance of project records
- Preparation of construction drawings using AutoCAD
- On-site project supervision
Your Profile
- University degree in Civil Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
- Registered member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK)
- Excellent knowledge of and use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Ability to take initiative and work independently under demanding conditions
- Strong team spirit and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in government/public sector projects will be considered an advantage
