This dynamic, expanding team now seeks Client support officers for its Paphos and Limassol locations. Successful candidates will have the character and proven passion for Customer focused work with a drive to learn and support their organization.
Job Description
- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, including document collection and account setup
- Maintain accurate client records and assist in contract preparation
- Support the sales and finance team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for all visitors and clients.
Your profile
- Fluent Greek and English (spoken and written) essential
- Minimum 6 months+ experience in a support, front office, or customer service role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Confident phone manner and a customer-centric mindset
- Tech literate, fluent in MS Office, etc
- Knowledge or interest in leasing, financing and/or automotive industry rental or insurance sectors would be an advantage.
