Our client, an independent provider of Fund, Corporate, and Multi-Family Office services for international clients operating through Cyprus, is seeking to appoint a Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their esteemed team.

Job Description

Chief Operations Officer

  • Oversee all operational activities within the group, focusing on optimizing efficiency across client service functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Lead fund administration and corporate services departments.
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
  • Liaise with Compliance to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Cultivate relationships with regulatory bodies and external providers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and mitigate operational risks.
  • Represent the group at industry events to promote services and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Chief Financial Officer

  • Manage and oversee internal finance and investment projects in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Responsible for financial management projects across the group.
  • Implement the Internal Financial Management Function (IFM) and support the Internal Financial Management Department.
  • Assist with fund administration and corporate administration client accounts.
  • Assist in a number of Fund Admin Clients of AFS (Accounting).
  • Assist in a number of Corp Admin Clients of ATG (Accounting).

Your Profile

  • Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services.
  • Extensive experience in fund administration services and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
