Job Description
- Handling corporate secretarial administration of Cypriot companies
- Assisting the legal team in corporate and financing transactions (i.e. drafting of resolutions to approve financing and security arrangements, filings with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, entries in corporate registers to reflect security agreements, etc)
- Carrying out paralegal duties
- Managing and organizing documents
- Circulating documents for signature
- Assisting and supporting the legal team by compiling, saving, and preparing documents
- Providing general administrative support
Your Profile
- Experience of at least 4 years in corporate secretarial administration of Cypriot companies and carrying out filings with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
