As the ambassador for all things digital and beyond, this excellent job opportunity calls for an ambitious client-centric corporate communications and marketing specialist keen to make a difference and grow their career.

As the in-house go-to person for corporate communications and marketing with an emphasis on the firm’s digital footprint and associated messaging, the role requires someone with superior communication skills in English, able to work on their initiative as well as directly with the senior management team.

Job Description
Content Creation and Management

  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for various platforms, including internal or external communications (email), the firm’s website, newsletters, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
  • Create engaging and informative content that highlights the firm’s expertise in business advisory and corporate services
  • Ensure all content is consistent with the firm’s brand voice and messaging guidelines

Digital Media Management

  • Oversee the firm’s digital footprint and relevant initiatives, including email, SEO, SEM, Linkedin, other
  • Analyze and report on the performance of the firm’s digital mediums and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with digital business platforms, relevant trends, and best practices to enhance the firm’s digital footprint

Social Media and LinkedIn

  • Manage the firm’s website, LinkedIn profile, and other social media accounts, ensuring regular posting of superior content.
  • Develop and implement LinkedIn strategies to project the appropriate firm image and enhance the firm’s digital footprint, highlighting the firm’s leadership position

Copywriting and Editorial

  • Write clear, persuasive, and compelling copy for firm communications, including email, newsletters, brochures, case studies, white papers, and press releases
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Collaborate with internal/external subject matter experts to gather information and translate technical concepts into easily understandable content

Communications Strategy and Campaigns

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive communication plans to support business goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the alignment of communication strategies with business development efforts
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives and adjust strategies as needed

Brand Management

  • Maintain and strengthen the firm’s brand identity across all marketing and communication mediums
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and messaging consistency

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Experience of 1-5 years within a Big Four firm or related company in the Financial sector/service provider would be an advantage otherwise this person should be willing to learn the industry and be flexible and able to navigate new territory
  • Proven experience managing digital media and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English (Greek also appreciated) with strong copywriting and editing abilities
  • Tech savvy, literate, creative and happy
  • Ability to understand the needs of the target project and audience
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Eye for design and creativity
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude, solution-focused, and someone keen to learn and grow within the company
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
