Our client is a Singapore based corporate finance and growth advisory boutique dedicated to helping clients realise their growth ambitions and maximise shareholder value. Their expertise spans the maritime and logistics sectors, marketing services, digital transformation and related technologies.
They are seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their newly established office in Nicosia. As part of an international team you will be involved in the entire deal process, from origination to post-closing. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, supporting business development, preparing deal materials, and participating in transaction execution. You will receive direct guidance from the CEO and Deputy CEO and have a seat at the deal table from the outset.
Job Description
- Assist in the entire deal process from origination to post-closing.
- Support business development efforts and preparation for new transactions.
- Conduct market research to bolster business development and transaction preparation.
Your Profile
- Graduate in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in sell side Mergers and Aquisitions/Corporate Finance, or alternatively as a Corporate Development Analyst/Associate or Buy Side experience in PE Funds, VC funds and Asset Management.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and numeracy skills with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Client-focused with a commercial mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for producing models and deal materials, and familiar with databases such as Pitchbook and Capital IQ.
