Our client is a reputable provider of trust and corporate services catering to private clients, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses. Operating as an international trust boutique, they have established offices in strategic locations globally, including Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Malta, Monaco, The Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the Caribbean.

The Cyprus office seeks a driven Corporate and Office Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for general administrative support/corporate administration duties and report to a long-standing team member and senior Corporate Administrator.

Job Description

  • Handle all administrative duties relating to the Registrar of Companies and other local authorities
  • Record keeping and administration duties
  • Prepare agreements, board minutes, powers of attorney etc.
  • Arrange for documents to be executed, certified and apostilled
  • Handle internal KYC requirements for new and existing clients
  • Open bank accounts for clients
  • File corporate changes with the Registrar of Companies
  • Other ad hoc admin, corporate and AML related tasks as required

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate Administrator, gained working for a Law Firm or Corporate Service Provider
  • Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Law, or another relevant field is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Outstanding organizational and administration skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details and critical thinking attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as a member of the team
  • Energetic, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments efficiently
  • Professionalism, sense of responsibility
