Our client, established in 2010, serves as an investment platform for facilitating the acquisitions of companies predominantly in Asia Pacific and CEE. With significant presence in Cyprus, the Nicosia team currently has 10 employees and is pleased to now be recruiting the Corporate Administrator. You will be part of the corporate administration team of the Cyprus operations and will be responsible to ensure the portfolio of companies under administration is in good standing.
Job Description
- Arrange certification, apostil, and legalization of documents
- Coordinate submission of forms and applications with various local authorities, including submissions via government portals (Ariadni, Registrar of Companies etc)
- Compile Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver requirements and have sole responsibility for the preparation of all applications, filings and corporate document orders
- Communicate with Board of Directors or assistants to arrange signature and execution of various documents
- Preparation and submission of bank account applications including collection of relevant supporting documents
- Maintenance of the corporate registers and corporate records of the portfolio of companies under administration
- Assist with the incorporation of new companies
- Filing, scanning, and support to the rest of the corporate administration team as required
Your Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with a local corporate service provider
- Introductory knowledge of Cyprus corporate procedures and requirements
- Fully fluent in both Greek and English (written and spoken) with good communication skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Computer literate with confident use of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn
- Highly ethical, trustworthy, reliable, and discreet individual
