This dynamic and fast paced firm designs and manufactures cutting-edge learning toy systems that help curious minds of ages 3 to 16 develop their 21st century skills of critical thinking and problem solving through hands on activities, coding and scientific experimentation. Having received numerous patents and international awards, including the “Best Place to Work” seal, our client aims to continue leading the STEM trend by investing in new people. They are therefore proud to be expanding and now seeking to hire a Country Manager who can be based either in Limassol or Nicosia store.

Job Description
To develop the business based on KPIs and increase the sales from external and internal activities, such as for product sales, workshop registrations, birthday parties, school visits, corporate training andj events. 
To develop and implement an omnichannel marketing plan with the aid of agencies and own recourses based in budgeting and performance. 
To supervise and monitor the existing 2 stores of the company as well as other partners who deploy the technologies 
To search available locations and either find franchised partners or open company owned stores around the county, managing contracts, architecture layouts, relevant permits, contractors and suppliers. 
To manage employee hiring, training, evaluation and assure their ongoing performance along with their time shifts. 
To investigate the competition and market trends on a local and international level, and propose strategic actions to improve country’s turnover. 
To implement POS and other software and hardware systems for optimized performance. 
To manage customer relationships with parents, schools and various organizations. 
To supervise accounting and overall financials of the stores to assure smooth and profitable operations. 
To develop the market in the country by approaching schools, retailers, corporations and other organizations who can use, buy or resell the firm’s toys or services.

Your Profile
5 year’s experience in managing at least 3 stores in Cyprus or in another country is a must. 
Experience in a related field or from any retail, hospitality chain or edtech sector. 
A bachelor degree in any field. A postgraduate will be considered an advantage. 
Native Greek and advanced English language knowledge is required. 
Ability to travel around the country and be at least 3 days a week at Limassol headquarters. 
Strong interpersonal skills, able to manage people
Tech savvy and fully computerate literate

Benefits

13th salary
20% yearly bonus depending on performance and KPI’s.
Either a company car will be provided, or a travelling allowance will be paid if own car is used, at €0.16 per Km, adjustable every quarter based on fuel cost for all trips outside the normal ones to Limassol and Nicosia stores.
The time will be shared between Nicosia and Limassol, and with other cities when new stores will open.
