Our client, a global leader in the Customer Experience industry, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Job Description
Addressing customer queries across multiple channels, including social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook), emails, chats, calls, and phone calls/chats
Delivering high-quality customer service by resolving issues such as password resets, payments, and finance agreement inquiries

Your Profile

  • High school diploma
  • Clear criminal record
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Basic computer/technology skills
  • Previous customer service experience will be considered an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure


  • Paid training
  • Monthly bonus based on KPIs
  • 21 annual leave days plus Cyprus national holidays

  • Work from home available, after training and based on performance
