This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a multicultural, English-speaking environment. The successful candidate will work closely with a remote HR Manager and team, supporting both administrative and operational aspects of HR. Fluency in both Greek and English is essential.
Job Description
- Maintain and update employee HR records, onboarding documentation, and internal guides
- Generate regular HR reports and metrics
- Support the payroll function by providing accurate and timely employee data
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and employment contract preparation
- Coordinate and support the interview process, including scheduling and room bookings
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation
- Assist in implementing and updating HR procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and health and safety regulations
- Conduct DSE (Display Screen Equipment) assessments
- Address employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues
- Manage office access and equipment logistics, including issuing access fobs
- Support recruitment activities by collaborating with senior management on hiring needs
- Draft and issue job offers and role descriptions
- Liaise with candidates and coordinate interviews
- Conduct pre-employment checks
- Enrol new hires in relevant e-learning and external training courses
- Track and record certifications and training compliance
Your Profile
- Fluency in both English and Greek (written and spoken) is essential
- Previous experience in an HR role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Honest, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Recognised HR qualification is desirable
- A proactive mindset with a common-sense approach to challenges
