Job Description
- Full administration of Microsoft Active Directory
- Provide technical support to both office-based and remote employees
- Manage and maintain the office network infrastructure
- Set up, prepare, and connect employee workstations
- Respond to and resolve general IT support requests
- Maintain computer hardware configurations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
- Manage office equipment procurement and inventory
Your Profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support or system administration roles
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Confident in diagnosing IT requirements and training end-users
- Capable of working under pressure with the ability to independently manage IT support tickets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
