The IT Team Lead will manage infrastructure, security, and operations across multiple sites. With strong technical expertise with Cloud/AWS etc, leadership experience, and a hands-on approach, this role suits a fluent English-speaking leadership professional.
Job Description
- Lead and manage 3-4 IT site managers across multiple locations.
- Oversee IT operations, ensuring system reliability, security, and efficiency.
- Maintain and improve Windows and Linux-based environments.
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, optimizing performance and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT policies and best practices.
- Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and IT governance across all sites.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in IT processes.
Your Profile
- Proven 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with expertise in Windows, Linux, and AWS.
- Previous leadership experience – managing IT teams or projects.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud-based environments.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
- Experience in multi-site IT management is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent English language skills essential.
- Report to VP of Infrastructure in Israel.
