A wonderful opportunity has arisen within a global company specializing in offshore and marine machinery, for a Junior Administrator to join its new and expanding Cyprus office and team in Nicosia.

This role is ideal for a graduate or entry-level administrator with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Reporting to the Customer Service Executive, you will assist in the day-to-day tasks of customer and supplier administration processes.

Job Description

  • Tracking customer purchase orders
  • Liaising with intergroup companies
  • Generating internal purchase orders
  • Processing internal supplier invoices
  • Issuing customer invoices
  • Uploading invoicing and support documents to customer portals
  • Conducting intercompany reconciliations
  • Allocation of payments
  • Managing email correspondence
  • Handling ad hoc administrative tasks

Your Profile

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English (speaking and writing)
  • Strong organisation skills
