Job Description
- Assisting with corporate and immovable property matters
- Drafting and arranging execution of corporate documents
- Assisting with opening of corporate bank accounts
- Handling periodic bank compliance reviews of group companies
- Handling compliance due diligence request
- Providing support with various ad hoc projects/tasks
Your Profile
- Law degree (LLB)
- Advanced degree a plus
- 2+ years in the role of Corporate Lawyer in a law firm or in-house
- Relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a great team
- Professionalism and integrity
- Ability to prioritize, deliver and thrive in a dynamic environment
