Job Description
- Scanning and organizing various documents
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Maintaining office records and managing general administrative tasks
- Liaising with government authorities, including the Registrar of Companies, Tax Office, and VAT authorities
- Preparing and dispatching courier packages (DHL, ACS, Travel Express)
- Notarizing and legalizing documents as required
- Assisting with company registrations with the Tax Office
- Obtaining online filing codes from the Registrar of Companies
- Preparing bound document sets, affidavits, and official notices for newspaper publication
- Ordering and managing office supplies to ensure smooth operations
Your Profile
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 and Windows proficiency
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn quickly
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
