Our client is an award-winning European brand in STEM toys and educational technology, offering integrated solutions for hands-on learning, coding, robotics, and creative building. As they scale internationally across Education, Toy Retail, and Franchise channels, they need a hands-on, performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead their global marketing transformation.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the global marketing operations and build a scalable engine for growth. Initially, you’ll operate in a hands-on capacity, selecting and managing external agencies, freelancers, and creative resources. Over time, you’ll recruit and lead an internal marketing team.
Job Description
- Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies across B2B and B2C segments
- Generate qualified leads in Education, Toy Retail, and Franchise sectors
- Manage the development of a new corporate website with proper UX/UI, SEO, and content
- Oversee eCommerce growth via our own platform and global channels like Amazon
- Lead digital marketing efforts: SEO, PPC, CRM, email marketing, automation, analytics
- Develop and grow Engino’s social media presence and content strategy
- Select and manage external agencies and freelancers
- Define and track KPIs, campaign ROI, and marketing performance
- Work closely with the Sales team to align efforts and support commercial goals
- Gradually build and lead a high-performance internal marketing team
Your Profile
- 5+ years in hands-on marketing roles, with team leadership or growth potential
- Proven track record in B2B and eCommerce marketing, ideally in toys, EdTech, publishing, or franchising
- Deep understanding of digital tools: Google/Meta Ads, SEO, email, analytics, automation
- Experience managing website projects and international eCommerce campaigns
- Solid grasp of UX/UI principles, content marketing, and brand development
- Strategic thinker with startup-like execution ability
- Willing to relocate to Cyprus for 3 years (required)
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
