As a long-time established Private Employment agency, our client is reputable for ensuring high standards of domestic labor staffing for private residences.

They are expanding their Nicosia team and need an Office administrator to help manage the day-to-day operations in the office.

Job Description

  • Document Management
  • Telephone Management
  • Courier Package Management
  • Typing letters and any other documents requested by the Management and staff
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Welcoming clients to the office in a professional and polite manner
  • Ensuring that the office is equipped with stationary and utilities at all times
  • Perform other job-related duties as necessary

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or secretarial studies or another related field is an advantage but not essential.
  • Computer literate and Microsoft proficient
  • Excellent, fluent knowledge of Greek and English language
  • Excellent Organizational and Communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
  • Attention to detail and procedures
  • Professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness
