Our client is part of a group of companies involved in the property and construction industry in the UK. They are seeking an Office Administrator to join their team.
Job Description
Office Administration
- Maintain and organize the office filing system.
- Manage petty cash including tracking and reconciliation.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate office maintenance activities, including cleaning services and minor repairs.
Postal Administration
- Organize and file all incoming mail and service provider correspondence.
- Distribute post to the relevant departments.
- Log all Priority 1 post (e.g. legal notices, court summons) in ATIL and assign tickets accordingly.
- Notify the relevant individuals by email for urgent follow-up actions.
General Administrative Support
- Provide support to the Corporate and Banking Administrator with additional secretarial duties as needed.
- Ensure all documentation, correspondence, and records are properly filed and accessible.
Your Profile
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken
