Our client is part of a group of companies involved in the property and construction industry in the UK. They are seeking an Office Administrator to join their team.

Job Description

Office Administration

  • Maintain and organize the office filing system.
  • Manage petty cash including tracking and reconciliation.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Coordinate office maintenance activities, including cleaning services and minor repairs.

Postal Administration

  • Organize and file all incoming mail and service provider correspondence.
  • Distribute post to the relevant departments.
  • Log all Priority 1 post (e.g. legal notices, court summons) in ATIL and assign tickets accordingly.
  • Notify the relevant individuals by email for urgent follow-up actions.

General Administrative Support

  • Provide support to the Corporate and Banking Administrator with additional secretarial duties as needed.
  • ​​​​​​​Ensure all documentation, correspondence, and records are properly filed and accessible.

Your Profile

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken
