Preferably with some know-how and interest in digital marketing and social media, your role will be to add value and support this expanding cosmetic dental practice, now proud to be opening its doors in Limassol as well as Nicosia.

Job Description

  • Coordination: Overseeing the day to day operations 2 days a week at the clinic in Limassol.
  • Workflow Optimization: Developing and implementing efficient processes and workflows to improve productivity in the two clinics, offices.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that all processes meet the Founder’s quality standards.
  • Cost Management: Identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Client Communication: Acting as a liaison between clients and the team internally to ensure client needs are met.
  • Reporting: Preparing and presenting progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Social media and content curation: collaborating with the Founder to develop digital campaigns and content etc.
  • Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving operational issues and potential risks
  • Contingency Planning: Developing contingency plans to address potential disruptions.

Your Profile

  • University degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in an admin and/or social media role – essential. This might include roles in operations, account management, office management, or similar areas.
  • Proven experience in operational roles, demonstrating the ability to manage processes efficiently and maturely.
  • Fluent Russian and Greek speaker essential; English a huge advantage
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong multi tasking skills
  • Solution focused, positive attitude
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize operations.
  • Ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Tech savvy and digitally oriented
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle the dynamic nature of a growing business in a very competitive sector

Benefits

  • Hybrid – one day a week to work from home
  • Annual performance related bonus
  • Able to work 2 full days on site in Limassol (travel supplied) and 3 remaining days in Nicosia, 1 of which is from home
  • Role could be split between two part timers if one prefers a job share – Founder flexible
