An international Executive who lives in between Cyprus and overseas is looking for a Personal Assistant to help and coordinate things at a local level in Cyprus.
The right person must be based in Nicosia and have their own car and be able to work fully remotely. The successful candidate will be a fluent Greek and English speaker with work experience in a client-centred position.
Job Description
- Oversee two sea-side holiday properties, as well as main home in the city of Nicosia, to maintain in good condition and in readiness for when the owner or his guests visit.
- Coordinate and administrate local paperwork for the owner’s accounts and local connections such as lawyer, accountant, family members, government offices.
- Complete any tasks asked for by the owner pertaining to the family’s life or business matters in Cyprus such as pick up dry cleaning, small dog to take to groomers, supermarket shopping etc.
- Coordinate cleaners and other maintenance-necessary people to ensure things are kept in good order for when the owner of the apartment comes into town
Your Profile
- Fluent English and Greek essential
- Dog friendly
- Full clean drivers license and able to travel around in own car within the city and to other neighbouring towns, when required
- Strong sense of accountability and work ethic
- Able to handle petty cash and account for expenditure
- Solid local city knowledge, able to get things done
- Solution-focused, positive approach to work and life in general, someone with energy and eager to facilitate the smooth running of things
