Our client is a medium-sized audit and accounting firm that offers services of the highest standards to local and international clients. They are currently seeking a Reception/Administrative Assistant to join their team in Nicosia.

Job Description

  • Document Management
  • Telephone Management
  • Courier Package Management
  • Typing letters and any other documents requested by the Management and staff
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Welcoming clients to the office in a professional and polite manner
  • Ensuring that the office is equipped with stationary and utilities at all times
  • Perform other job related duties as necessary

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or secretarial studies or another related field
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • Excellent Organizational and Communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
  • Attention to detail and procedures
  • Professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness
