A traditional investment firm which offers portfolio management and brokerage services is looking to recruit a Regulatory and AML Compliance Officer.

Job description
- Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program
- Prepare and submits monthly and quarterly reports to the CySEC
- Continuously monitoring of transactions and sanction list checks
- Performing customer Due Diligence and periodic customer AML review
- Prepare and manage day-to-day operation of the Compliance Monitoring Program.
- Liaising with the regulatory authorities regarding all AML compliance issues
- Monitor and approve marketing material and communications
- Review the Company’s website frequently to ensure compliance with the Law
- Monitor conformance to the legal and regulatory framework
- Support units and general operations relating to compliance to provide written reports to the Board of directors on a frequent basis, and at least annually on the adequacy and effectiveness of the measures and procedures employed
- Review and comply with changes in the legislation and the issuance of new directives and provide assistance in preparing for impending regulatory changes
- Train and educate employees on regulatory requirements on an ongoing basis
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in: Finance, Law or Business/Economics related field
- At least Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance/AML role
- Proficiency of Microsoft office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Power point) is a must
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Expertise in AML, KYC and transaction monitoring procedures
- Holder of CySEC AML Certificate(s) is preferred but if not a holder then it will be mandatory that the Advanced certificate will be achieved in the first six months of employment
- Excellent written and verbal language skills in English and Greek
