Our client takes responsibility for all Citrix business across these territories, and all Tibco business in Sub-Saharan Africa and Eastern Europe. They invest and deploy further dedicated sales, technical, and channel management resources within the territory with specialist skills to support partners and customers. This is a proactive renewals role, responsible for managing and closing all assigned account renewal opportunities and business relationships in pursuit of a revenue quota.

Drives renewals of Citrix Subscription Services, Support offerings, and Appliance Maintenance (HWM) within a list of accounts or in a territory. Works closely with and through account manager and partners in a particular region or territory.

Job Description

  • Work with the most critical accounts for Citrix’s Outsourced Market region
  • Manage all renewal opportunities through leveraging Citrix channel partners or directly where needed
  • Prospect consistently for license up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and engage Field and Partner Sales to hand over and develop such opportunities
  • Proactively drive customer conversion to Subscription, leveraging partners and technical resources
  • Provide routine analytical and administrative support for customers and partners to guide them through renewal opportunities and processes
  • Support general account sales strategies for named and focused accounts and prospects for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Promote value proposition of upgrades and renewals to maximize return on Citrix products and solutions
  • Manage and track all sales stages of the renewal opportunities
  • Provide and generate quotes necessary for Subscription, Appliance Maintenance, Software Maintenance, and Support contracts sales opportunities
  • Align with sales team members as needed to close sales
  • Utilize CRM system and all necessary applications to manage and optimize opportunities and track all sales stages of the renewal opportunities
  • Generate reports as directed by Management
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales administration
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Able to work remotely with international colleagues
  • Direct experience working in such a role or similar and within a tech environment/sector
  • Minimum of 2-year digital sales/renewals and experience preferred
  • IT environment experience preferred
  • Good level of communication skills both verbal and written
  • Team-oriented
