We are looking for a dynamic and organized Secretary / Sales Team Support to join this team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth internal operations and providing direct support to the sales team, helping drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall team performance.
Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and management
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Assist in preparing sales documents, quotes, and customer communications
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
- Track sales orders and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries
- Support customer follow-ups and after-sales service
- Assist in preparing reports and sales-related presentations
- Handle general office administrative tasks when required
Your Profile
- Previous experience in a secretarial or sales support role (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail
