Our client, a proud member of a well-established international group with offices in Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a Semi-Senior Corporate Administrator to join their expanding team in Nicosia.

Job Description
- Handle the incorporation of new companies and maintain the corporate register.
- Monitor and execute corporate changes (e.g., directors, shareholders, registered office, share capital).
- Draft and review legal and corporate documents including resolutions, minutes, certificates, PoAs, and agreements.
- Prepare and submit applications to the Registrar of Companies and liaise with regulators and external advisors (lawyers, auditors, etc.).
- Maintain and update KYC/AML records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Communicate with clients and handle their day-to-day administrative requests.
- Organize board meetings, attend when required, and draft meeting minutes.
- Review and assist in the completion of bank forms and FATCA/CRS classifications.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of administrative and secretarial duties.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a similar corporate administration role.
- Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with eBos or similar corporate software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AML legislation and experience with KYC procedures.
- Legal experience or Law degree will be considered an asset.
- Banking experience and familiarity with trusts or STEP qualification would be considered advantages.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
