Job Description
- Manage and grow existing affiliate partnerships to maximize revenue generation
- Recruit new affiliates and negotiate competitive deal structures (CPA, RS, Hybrid, Fixed Fee)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI
- Oversee affiliate marketing budget, including commissions and spend
- Ensure timely and accurate commission payments and invoicing
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management
- Support affiliate partners through consistent communication and strategic collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and web development teams to optimize acquisition through affiliate channels
- Represent the company at industry events, conventions, and networking opportunities
- Develop engaging content for affiliate newsletters and promotional campaigns
- Stay current with legislation and best practices relevant to affiliate marketing
- Create compelling promotions and tournaments to enhance affiliate engagement and retention
Your Profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar affiliate marketing role
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Strong background in the iGaming industry
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience representing brands at exhibitions and industry events
- In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing within the iGaming sector
- Proven success in affiliate acquisition and management, particularly in SEO-focused networks
- Market experience in key geographies including: Netherlands, DACH region, Nordics, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Canada, New Zealand, Slovakia, Ireland, Italy, France, Australia, Spain, and Portugal
