Job Description
- Providing advice on GDPR, immigration, employment, immovable property, commercial and company
- Drafting and reviewing a wide range of agreements, corporate documents, official correspondence and internal policies
- Handling operational matters and wide variety of transactions
- Ensuring that the Group’s companies meet statutory obligations
- Liaising with agents, advisors and consultants in various jurisdictions
- Managing and coordinating advice from external professionals
- Undertaking due diligence checks conducted by banks
- Providing support with various Ad hoc projects/tasks
Your Profile
- Law degree (LLB)
- Advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house
- Strong knowledge of and experience with GDPR, immigration, employment, immovable property, commercial and company law
- Experience with shipping matters is a plus.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and spoken
