Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the server-side logic, APIs, and data integrations that power the streaming platform’s user management, engagement tracking, loyalty rewards, and notifications..
- Architect scalable and efficient backend services using Node.JS or Python.
- Implement robust authentication, authorization, and user management systems.
- Design optimized PostgreSQL schemas and manage Redis for caching.
- Build advanced modules for engagement tracking, loyalty rewards, and notifications.
- Drive security, data privacy, and compliance best practices.
- Collaborate with Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to define and deliver product features.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring).
- Expertise in database design and performance optimization.
- Strong experience in API design and integration strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services, CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline), and Docker.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional collaborations and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
