Job Description:

  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of sales associates, uphold our brand standards, and cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, set performance goals, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to optimize team performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Set sales targets, track progress, and take proactive measures to address any challenges or obstacles.
  • Ensure that every customer receives personalized attention and an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory levels, product selection, and merchandising to optimize sales and meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and the Operations Manager to ensure timely delivery of inventory and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand's image and values.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to security, safety, and compliance.
  • Manage store expenses and budgets effectively to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  • Utilize social media platforms, email marketing, and other channels to engage with customers and promote store offerings.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5-10 years of previous experience in retail management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
  • Fluency in English language (written and verbal) is required.
  • Conversational Russian language is preferable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
