We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead operations at our client’s Limassol flagship location.
Our client is a dynamic and innovative company committed to inspiring the next generation through cutting-edge STEM toys and educational solutions. Globally recognized for award-winning 3D building systems, they empower children to explore creativity and build foundational STEM skills through hands-on play. Flagship stores are in Limassol and Nicosia and serve as vibrant hubs for STEM education, offering interactive retail experiences, after-school workshops, and special events.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving store performance, and promoting our client’s educational mission through four core pillars:
- Retail sales of STEM toys
- After-school STEM & Robotics workshops
- Event planning (e.g., school visits, birthday parties)
- External partnerships with schools, hotels, and businesses
Job Description
- Deliver outstanding customer service, enhancing satisfaction and engagement.
- Manage store operations, including POS transactions, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Implement retail loss prevention practices effectively.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, promoting a positive and innovative work environment.
- Plan, organize, and oversee after-school STEM & Robotics workshops and educational events.
- Coordinate and execute external partnership programs tailored to schools, hotels, and corporate clients.
- Utilize business analytics to monitor performance metrics (KPIs), adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to streamline operations and maximize profitability.
- Execute marketing strategies in collaboration with the corporate marketing team, optimizing local promotional activities.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in retail management or store leadership roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven HR experience in team-building and mentorship.
- Proficiency in store operations, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Adept at implementing loss prevention and operational efficiency strategies.
- Knowledgeable in business analytics and KPI-driven management.
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
- Previous experience or genuine interest in STEM education and children’s development is highly advantageous.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); ideally also fluent in Greek and/or Russian.
