Our client is a medium-sized audit and accounting firm that offers services of the highest standards to local and international clients. They are currently seeking a Tax Associate to join their team in Nicosia.
Job Description
- Review tax computations and manage tax returns for companies and individuals.
- Handle various tax compliance tasks, including deemed dividend calculations, provisional taxes, and more.
- Apply for certificates from the Tax Department (tax clearance, tax residency, non-domicile, etc.).
- Assist with tax audits and liaise with the Tax Department on clients’ behalf.
- Ensure clients’ tax payments are made on time and provide advice on direct tax matters.
Your Profile
- University degree in related subject.
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA)
- 3-5 years of working experience in similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Trustworthy, team player, proactive and responsible
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
