The expanding team of Cyprus now seeks a dynamic and results-driven Telegram Account Manager to manage and grow their Telegram community, specifically targeting the iGaming and video content assets audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the iGaming industry, slots enthusiasts, and video content culture, along with experience in building engaged online communities.

Job Description

  • Community Management:
    Manage and grow the Telegram group(s) by engaging with members, moderating discussions, and encouraging active participation. Address inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience for the community.
  • Content Creation & Strategy:
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content tailored for the Telegram audience (e.g., promotions, updates, contests, and news).  Share relevant video content highlights, iGaming updates, and exclusive offers to keep the community informed and entertained.
  • Promotion & Growth:
    Implement strategies to increase the number of active and engaged users in the Telegram group(s). Coordinate cross-promotions with video content creators, influencers, and affiliate partners to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Data Analysis:
    Monitor and analyze group activity metrics (e.g., engagement rate, user growth, churn) to evaluate performance. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Partnerships:
    Collaborate with video content creators, iGaming affiliates, and other relevant partners to maximize visibility and collaboration opportunities.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all content and activities align with responsible gambling practices and applicable regulations. Monitor community behavior to prevent the sharing of inappropriate or noncompliant material.

Your Profile

  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the iGaming sector, online slots, and video content culture.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to engage and captivate an audience in a friendly yet professional tone.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Telegram’s features, bots, and management tools.
  • Marketing Experience: Proven experience in managing online communities, social media marketing, or digital engagement campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze community data and implement strategies to optimize performance.
  • Discord Knowledge: Experience using Discord for community management or collaboration.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in gaming, slots, and video content ecosystems.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the iGaming industry, either as a community manager or marketing professional.
  • Existing relationships within the iGaming affiliate or video content creator community.
  • Knowledge of responsible gambling principles and practices.
