Job Description
- Work within cross-functional teams, alongside the Product Owners and Software Developers to design the overall user experience of digital products
- Suggest improvements that enhance product quality and customer experience
- Measure and optimize digital products to improve ease of use and create the best user experience that caters to end-user pain points
- Use data and KPIs to help drive design decisions
- Update and maintain the design system
- Gather constant feedback on digital products through research and surveys to improve current UX
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps employing Design Thinking methodology
- Translate specifications into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user interfaces that clearly illustrate how software should function
- Conduct UX audits of existing products and provide suggestions for improvements to optimize the user experience
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- Plan and execute user research and competitor analysis when required
- Define and improve the internal design process by streamlining procedures and introducing appropriate tools
Your Profile
- Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, Digital Product Design, Human Factors, or in a related field
- Demonstrated work experience of at least 3 years as a UI/UX Designer, preferably for complex web and mobile applications
- Excellent working knowledge of FIGMA
- Understanding of complex design systems such as Atomic Design framework
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and web standards
- Practical knowledge of Material Design language and Human Interface Guidelines
- Familiar with developer handover tools such as Zeplin and Overflow
- Experience in presenting design solutions to stakeholders and developers
- Ability to understand business and technical guidelines
- Ability to document and troubleshoot problems through UX research and case studies
- Consultative skills necessary to translate ideas and ambitions into practical, viable projects
- Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written is required
- Knowledge of Adobe's range of products, including Photoshop and Illustrator is considered an advantage
