We are now looking for a UX & UI Designer who will join a youthful and dynamic Product Team and he/she will hopefully be based in Nicosia (Cyprus).
As a UX & UI Designer, the successful candidate will create digital products that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly. 

Job Description

• Understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations through interviews, surveys, and analytics, while conducting competitor benchmarking and analyzing best practices.
• Design low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to test and visualize design solutions.
• Organize and structure content to ensure clear and logical navigation.
• Create layouts, typography, color schemes, and user flows to deliver visually appealing and intuitive experiences.
• Work closely with the IT team and Product Manager to ensure designs align with project goals.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and pre-concept development for new projects, proposing creative solutions.

Your Profile

• Empathy and a user-centric mindset throughout the design process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools.
• Attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong teamwork skills and experience working in global, multidisciplinary teams.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus, not required).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Agile methodology.
• Fluency in English is a must.
