Job Description
- Develop detailed and comprehensive specifications for finance-related courses, ensuring alignment with current industry standards and trends in auditing and tax law
- Ensure courses meet regulatory requirements for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and other relevant financial certifications
- Effectively plan and deliver finance courses, utilizing a range of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles
- Apply innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and understanding of complex financial concepts
- Lead the finance courses department, promoting it through professional channels, including social media. A profile showcasing expertise in finance, auditing, or tax law is beneficial
- Oversee the establishment and operation of the finance-related courses department, balancing creative autonomy with adherence to internal procedures
- Hire and train additional trainers specializing in finance, auditing, or tax law
- Guide the academic direction of the finance programs, blending innovative and practical approaches
- Create on-demand courses for the finance department, utilizing available LMS resources and in-house recording studio
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial market trends and industry developments
- Engage in sales and networking activities to promote and expand the finance courses
Your Profile
- Degree in finance, accounting, or law, with specialization in auditing or tax law from a reputable company
- At least 30 hours of teaching experience in finance-related subjects, substantiated with written confirmation
- Demonstrated experience in the finance sector, particularly in auditing or tax law
- Proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality finance-related educational content
- Strong capability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both Greek and English
- Competence in Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and other relevant software
- HRDA trainer accreditation or similar is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with students, colleagues, and industry professionals
- Ability to professionally handle and resolve conflicts
- Commitment to staying current with the latest trends in finance, auditing, and tax law
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and to modify plans as necessary
