Job Description
Financial Modelling
- Create financial Power BI modelling under the instruction of the Management team
- Build and improve on current Power BI reporting
- Convert the monthly excel management reporting into Power BI
- Convert the monthly excel cash reporting into Power BI
- Create a monthly cash flow report using Power BI
- Identify areas of opportunity within financial modelling
- Create forecasts and projections
Operational modelling
- Create operational Power BI modelling under the instruction of the Directors
- Build and improve on current Power BI reporting
- Create sales orders and forecasting reports for Service, parts, and workshop
- Create utilisation reports to track efficiency between labour
- Create job complete to invoice efficiency reports
Data links and validation
- Develop processes for linking data from the system to Power BI
- Integrate new systems to Power BI as and when released
- Validate power report data with system data and reconcile differences
Performance Optimization
- Identify areas of data standardization between subsidiary reports
- Work towards automating monthly reporting
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Simplify reporting where appropriate
User Support and Training
- Assist the users of the reports in understanding the modelling
- Provide training on data entry, retrieval, and reporting
- Address user queries promptly
- Manage and track change requests, prioritize and present recommended changes to the management team
Your Profile
- A degree or experience in finance, accounting, economics, business administration
- Understanding of systems, data, and accounting
- Ability to manipulate, condense, and report on large data
- Evidence of creating and reporting Power BI reports in previous roles
- Proficient in Power BI reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (SQL and VBA skills advantageous)
- Proficiency in managing large volumes of data and creating data links
- Knowledge of database administration tools and techniques
- Analytical mindset to troubleshoot data-related issues
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Effective communication with mechanical engineers, software engineers, management, and end-users
- Documentation skills for maintaining technical task lists
- Fluency in English (verbal and writing)

- Working hours; Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00
